  • Release is a 1:1 energy balancing session.

  • Sessions may include a variety of energy techniques such as muscle energy testing and the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/tapping)

  • Please plan on 60-90 minutes for a complete session.

  • Sessions can be held in-person or remotely via phone or Zoom.

  • That depends on how simple or complex the triggers are, and how quickly your energy responds.

  • No. During the session I will provide you with any instructions that you need to engage in releasing the trigger.

  • By the end of the session you may be feeling relieved and relaxed, knowing that the trigger has been released. You’ll also feel confident that you will no longer have the unwanted reaction to the trigger.
